Our staff are the strength of our school. We look for adults in the full sense of the word with life experience, a good sense of perspective, and something unique to share. We are keen to know about you as a whole person: your story, your interests, and your thoughts on your work and life.

We tend to avoid the following career progression: complete secondary school, go to university, immediately return to teach at the same secondary school, stay there for 30 years, etc. We are interested in the detours you’ve taken in life and the adventures you’ve had.
